    - Infinitely scalable to ensure every member gets the most out of each class with proper safety/technique in mind

    - Maximum of 8 members per class

    - First class is FREE and is otherwise a monthly membership with no contract and unlimited classes

  • Physical Therapy

    - Medicare covered or Cash pay

    - Catered to YOUR goals and needs with utilization of evidence-based practices

    - 45 min to 1 hour 1:1 on treatments with YOUR therapist

    - Specializations in pelvic floor, neurological, ortho, deconditioning, cardiovascular, and balance

  • Personal Training

    - 45 min to 1 hour long 1:1 sessions tailored to YOU

    - Emphasis on exercise, nutrition, sleep, and stress management

    - All trainers are medical professionals (PT, PTA, EMT/firefighter)

    - Packages and per session available

  • Adaptive Fitness Training

    - 45 min to 1 hour long sessions with AIT trainer

    - Can accommodate your specific limitations: upper extremity, lower extremity, neurological, and seated

    - Packages and per session available

  • The Grit Reset

    (in partnership with Tennessee Style Weight Loss)

    - exclusively for Dr. Jameil Abou-Hanna’s clients

    - 30 min fitness class for those who are jump starting their fitness/weight loss journey

    - Maximum of 8 members per class

    -Coached by a physical therapist/physical therapy assistant

    - Classes can be scaled/modified to all skill levels and abilities

    - First month is covered by Tennessee Style Weight Loss and then $125/month
